Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Vyra products ship from our overseas warehouse partner. We are a small operation and do not maintain Australian-based inventory at this time. The exact country of origin and carrier are confirmed in your order confirmation email and tracking.

Where we ship to

Currently we ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not enabled at this stage. Contact us if you have a specific request.

Ship times

Typical delivery to Australian addresses: 7–21 business days from order placement. Examples:

  • Order placed Monday → typical delivery the week after next.
  • Order placed Friday → may push ship to next Monday before transit begins.

We say "typical" because customs, weather, and carrier capacity can shift this by a few days. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Carrier and tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number in your order confirmation email, and a separate shipping notification when the carrier collects the parcel.

The exact carrier depends on the destination and the supplier's current logistics partner. Common carriers we use include Australia Post (last mile in AU), DHL, and YunExpress / 4PX (international transit).

Cost

For Phase 2a, shipping is included in product pricing (no separate shipping charge at checkout). If we add a separate shipping fee later, this section will be updated and the change will appear in checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

For Australian orders under AUD $1,000 the import GST is collected at point of sale where applicable (Vyra is not currently GST-registered so no GST is added to your order). The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply above the AUD $1,000 threshold; this is rare for our products at AUD $13.99 retail.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, or shows "lost":

  1. Email us at hello@vyrastrong.com with subject "Lost in transit — [order number]".
  2. We will open a trace with the carrier.
  3. If after 30 days the parcel has not been located, we issue a full refund or send a replacement at our cost. ACL statutory guarantees apply.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us within 12 hours of order placement. We may be able to update the order with the supplier. After 12 hours the supplier has typically already dispatched, in which case re-shipping at the corrected address is your cost.

Sustainability note

Our products ship in the supplier's standard packaging. We do not currently offer carbon-offset shipping. This may change as the business grows.
